I love to lift weights, go to cycling + yoga classes, & help other women find their confidence through the gym.
My clients are given personalized programs that help them make REAL progress in the gym through the use of annual training plans, science-backed programs, and individualized programs.
I help women make real progress in the gym while gaining confidence WITHOUT over-restrictive or time-consuming programs.

I began my fitness journey 5 years ago in a boot-camp workout class where I learned the basics of working out. From there, I bought my own gym membership, started creating my own workout plans, and began to love feeling strong! Now, I have been lifting for over 5 years and help other women achieve their fitness goals!
I began my exercise journey by lifting every. single. day. I never took a rest day and never gave myself a break.
Now, I practice balanced eating and intuitive exercising. I don’t put a label on how I choose to exercise. I like strength training, cardio, workout classes, yoga, pilates… everything! I believe a balanced workout program includes hard work, but also fun! I bring a holistic and balanced approach to my personal training clients through creating individualized and sustainable exercise programs.

I became a certified personal trainer in July 2023 from NSCA. In January 2024, I became USAW Level 1 certified coach. In May of 2024 I got my B.S. in Exercise Science while I am finishing up an M.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning!

I have experience with coaching all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. I have worked with clients from ages 18-63! Most of my experience is with coaching beginner, female lifters but I also have experience with college & high school athletes.
I was the previous Strength & Conditioning Coach for Sport Clubs + Performing Arts at UNC Charlotte. As the former president of the Lady Lifters club, I gained over 2 years of experience helping women of various skill levels.
I currently offer online personal training for women with limited in-person personal training.

I specialize in creating well-rounded programs that are resistance-training based. I offer personalized one-on-one online coaching tailored for women. My approach focuses on helping clients discover their gym niche, form healthy & sustainable habits, and integrate exercise seamlessly into their lifestyle.

As a coach, my first goal is to establish a good, solid relationship with my clients. I believe coaching women requires trust, understanding, & acceptance so we can work together to reach your goals!
I will never program something for you that I do not, or have not done my self!
Finally, I like to focus on the psychological & emotional side of personal training. I believe that your attitudes & feelings towards exercise & health play a major role in your health & fitness success.
