At The Vitality Standard, clients are guided by a designated coach who coordinates communication across all disciplines, ensuring care is unified, consistent, & personalized.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Apply to work with a professional through our intake form. You will go through a short questionnaire to help us learn more about your needs & goals

  • We will match you with your lead coach based on your intake form, priorities, and specific needs.

    Your lead coach will onboard you, connect with your support coaches, and determine a plan that is customized for you.

  • Once onboarded, your support coaches will reach out to you, and you will begin your personalized plan with full team support.
